Dr. Stacy H. Young named president at Manchester University

沧州中学女教师出轨 President Stacy H. Young, Ph.D., has been named the 16th president at Manchester University in Indiana. Her first day at Manchester will be July 1.
Dr. Young joined 沧州中学女教师出轨 on Jan. 1, 2020, as the college鈥檚 sixth president and first female to serve in the institution鈥檚 top leadership position.
During her tenure, Dr. Young has successfully led 沧州中学女教师出轨 in developing and implementing a three-year strategic plan aimed at growing enrollment, improving student success and access, enhancing facilities and engaging our community.
鈥淚 love 沧州中学女教师出轨,鈥 Dr. Young said. 鈥淚t has been a pleasure to serve, working alongside a team of faculty, staff, Board of Trustees and 沧州中学女教师出轨 Foundation Board members who share a passion for our community and for enhancing our student鈥檚 educational experience.鈥
While Dr. Young said she is sad to leave the community which has become home to her and her family, she is excited to return to her alma mater, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also holds an MBA degree and a doctoral degree in leadership.
鈥淚 never dreamed I would have an opportunity to lead the institution that started my passion for higher education. Manchester truly changed my life,鈥 Dr. Young said.
沧州中学女教师出轨 Board of Trustees Chair Karen Carbonelli said she happy for Dr. Young but disappointed for 沧州中学女教师出轨.
鈥淪tacy has been such a dynamic leader and has headed the college in a great direction,鈥 Carbonelli said. 鈥淚 am so delighted with what she has done. She has energized the whole staff. She will be missed.鈥
沧州中学女教师出轨鈥檚 Board of Trustees will be meeting to discuss next steps and that information will be forthcoming.
Serving students in education for more than 24 years, Dr. Young has worked in a variety of roles including adjunct faculty, full-time faculty, chairperson, Dean and president. She also serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission and as a member of the Michigan Education Trust (MET) Board of Directors. In addition to her formal roles, she enjoys speaking in the community and serving others.
